I order last month and never got my order this is bad for the company plus this company is a scam

Reviews had me very worried! No one to contact, no customer service, no tracking number right away; but I'm happy to report i got my order, about 10-15 days after I ordered, it was correct, and these shields are sooo awesome compared to a mask! And comfy. Get better customer service alpha gear, but thanks alpha gear!

I ordered over $100 worth of merchandise because they are listed as a Veteran owned and operated business, on 7/24 and have heard absolutely nothing from this company since. I've messaged multiple times and gotten zero replies but of course, I still get their promo emails. I don't have this kind of money to waste. Seriously disappointed.

Ordered over 3 weeks ago,got nothing. They blame DHL, DHL blames Alpha Defense. Feel like I’m totally getting the run around. They took my money quickly though. I have regrets using this company. Lots of other options out there.

I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered. I got the bog4 + decal. Payed total of $20 US. got the order. Put them on could not get them past my bicep. My arms are average not a body builder arm by far. Had to rip them a bit get them higher without cutting off circulation. THESE ARE MADE FOR SMALL WOMEN. No way to get bigger size on their website. I picked my decal and got the wrong one. This company is horse **it. Getting the tracking number and order confirmation was like pulling teeth. DO NOT ORDER THE SLEEVES. Unless you are a small person or child. PS their advertisement shows a big dude wearing this product. That is false advertisement in my book.

I can not express how poor the quality of their products are. It is clear they put more emphasis on marketing than anything they actually sell. From poor shipping to shockingly bad quality they never cease to amaze. This company has embarrassingly low standards if any at all.

They told me four different ETAs and I’ve been waiting so my package wouldn’t get swiped off my porch. I tracked the package this morning, it’s been delayed again. WTH!!!!! The package has been sitting 30 freaking miles away from my home for 5 days.... SMH I yeah, I paid for express shipping!
