Products do not work. Paid £100 for waterproof motorcycle gloves that are useless

Tralasciando la bontà dei prodotti che tutti conosciamo, devo fare un plauso per la gestione della logistica, spedizione rapidissima, ed avendo acquistato dei guanti di due taglie differenti ho reso quella che non mi calzava, processo di reso super semplice e rimborso rapido. Sono rimasto veramente stupito positivamente di tutta la gestione

Ho acquistato guanti di taglia M, ma erano troppo grandi, quindi li ho cambiati con una taglia S. Sono ancora troppo grandi. Il servizio è stato eccellente e il reso molto semplice. Ora ho acquistato un altro paio di guanti Alpinestars in un negozio.

Have been buying alpine stars for years. Boots, gloves and jackets. All have been good in terms of weatherproofing etc, but always seem to have issues with cheap and sub standard zips. Paid near 300 quid for my latest Jacket and the zip hasn’t lasted more than a few months.. totally hacked off and had enough … will never by Alpine Stars again. Not even gonna go down the customer service route.. as the reviews make it clear you are wasting your time.

Ordered waterproof jacket and trousers on 3 September for a motorcycle trip. Still not arrived on 8 October. I had to buy replacement kit to cover the trip. UPS tracking shows the parcel stuck or lost in transit. Alpinestars customer service has been unhelpful. No refund offered. I've been told to wait another 10 days while they sort out a dispute with UPS. That is not my problem to wait on. Five weeks and nothing to show for it. Disappointing. Will not be purchasing any further items from them. If things go wrong do not expect any customer support
