Al's Taping Tools & Spray EquipmentReviews of alstapingtools.com

I paid for the upgraded shipping yet it was sent by cheap UPS. called several times and was transferred and told I’d get a call back. yeah that never happened. They pretty much pocketed the upgraded shipping and left me out to dry. I would never use this business again and tell others not to as well

I never received any of my purchases... I reached out amabout this and never heard back

I recently posted a review, and Ben from Als tapping got a hold of me and resolved the issue, thank you Ben for time and help . Technology isn't that great somedays.

Never received order.

Shipping takes forever. It’s still not here.

I purchased a Graco pair holes and material holes for a texture machine that on their website said came with an adapter but when I it arrived there was no adapter. I called and spoke to a guy I believe his name was Ben and he said the picture was posted on accident and would not honor the sale he said the $50 part he could not give to me. So I asked for my money back and I went to integrity supplies and Chuck was very helpful and the holes was $50 cheaper. They then kept giving me the runaround and would not return my phone calls when I asked for my refund it's been about a week and I still have not received my refund and no answers or calls as to when I would receive it. Would not recommend this company.

I haven’t received my package it’s lost in the mail. I needed this as soon as possible and now I’m waiting and waiting and still not receive my package.
