ALT. FragrancesReviews of altfragrances.com

Great product and amazing customer service!!

The product is good, however I have had several shipping issues where it has taken months to get my order. I have had to make several emails to find out what is going on with my orders.

Not only is the cologne amazing but the customer service is beyond expectation. It's rare to find such good customer service nowadays, but these folks are exceptional. Thank you for your support and your amazing product.

Great products and the service was very helpful

Great customer service! Responded quickly and efficiently after being sent the wrong fragrance. Thank you.

I just really like the way this company gets back to you promptly and answers your questions and takes care of business. I really have never been dissatisfied with them. Love their perfume it smells like the real thing.

I have ordered with Alt a few times and I’ve always been happy with my purchase. This recent order had a leaked bottle unfortunately upon arrival so I notified Alt immediately. They not only replied within 24 hours, but within a day a new replacement order had already been shipped. Customer service was beyond my expectations!!!! Thank you Alt!

I recently purchased the “For Her” set from ALT. Fragrances and I couldn’t be happier! Every scent in the set smelled very close to the designer fragrances they were inspired by, which was impressive for the price point. What really stood out to me, though, was their customer service. One of the bottles in my order came loose during shipping and spilled in the package. I reached out to ALT. Fragrances, and they immediately sent me a replacement without any hassle. The way they handled the situation showed they truly care about their customers. Great quality fragrances, affordable prices, and excellent customer service — I’ll definitely be ordering again!
