I wish I had looked at some reviews before wasting $150 on this junk. They smell like cheap alcohol, absolutely no other smells to them. This is a scam company that is in business to rip you off. They don't offer refunds. Only in-store credit. Who would want in-store credit for a company who makes junk products??? Nobody...

Order shipped ( allegedly ) to the wrong address. I'll never know because their customer service isn't real, they don't respond and neither does the CEO. This is a scam company that has zero interest in anything beyond collecting payments

ALT Fragrance company has been a gem of a find. I have impressed with the buying process, shipping, product satifaction, and excellent customer service. My recent order was delivered timely, however a couple of my fragrances had leaked and I reached out to customer service. I received prompt communication with them sending replacement of fragrances that leaked. Amazing
