I ordered 3 perfumes from here. Unfortunately during shipping 1 popped open and got everywhere! Contacted customer service and they were quick and efficient with resolving the issue! Wonderful products wonderful customer service

I had an issue with shipping where some of the bottles leaked out. The company was quick to fix it and had a new bottle shipped out the next day. There are not many companies out there that still take care of their customers like this. The fragrance is perfect.....i will definitely be buying more from ALT.

Great experience with this company. Had one fragrance bottle leak during shipment...was INSTANTLY resolved by the Customer Support team sending a replacement. Outstanding customer service and excellent variety & quality of products. This was my first purchase of ALT. Fragrances, and I will be back again.
