Love the sense, customer service top tier!

i like that they have someone text you ASAP soon as you place your order just incase you messed up on your address or something. really good.

I have yet to receive my fragrances but the customer service and the shipping have been a 10/10 so far.

I had a hopefully real person talk to me. They suggested another fragrance, and sent me a discount code for it. Maybe they should do this through email or app, it’s a bit sketchy.

I accidentally plugged in the wrong address from auto fill and I reached out to ATL fragrances customer service. Got a reply almost immediately, from Jeanette. Incredibly helpful and definitely saved me money because otherwise it would’ve just gone to lost mail. She was very professional and also said I might like another scent, then sent it over for me to look at. This is my first time buying here and it definitely won’t be my last. 🙌
