Great selection and great customer service!

Customer service doesn’t understand English and then stops responding when you try to clarify. Scripted answers only given when I specifically asked if I could exchange my product instead of getting a refund. Lots of back and forth with no answers, followed by dead air for 2 days… unprofessional.

I love the crystal no. 23 fragrance so I ordered quite a few for myself and my best friend. When the shipment arrived one of the bottles had leaked because the cap wasn't screwed on all the way. I reached out to customer support and they sent me a new bottle, I didn't even have to send back the one that leaked. The response from customer support was super quick and pleasant. With that order I also got a mystery fragrance but it ended up being another crystal bottle. I didn't even care because I love it so much. Whenever I wear crystal at least one person comments on how great I smell or asks what I am wearing. Maybe I will try again & get a mystery fragrance on the next purchase.
