Tried to cancel before item shipped. Their only response was " do you want the item sent to a different address". DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

BUYER BEWARE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!! I ordered an address sign for our new cottage and they made it with the wrong house numbers but yet they shipped it to the correct address. Customer service (Cindy) is horrible and rude, accusing me of making a mistake, not them. They are refusing to send me a new sign or providing a refund. They offered an insulting discount if I paid to order a new sign. This is a Vietnam-based company. They delay in production and then sending the wrong sign is inexcusable.

They put the wrong date on my sign and I can’t seem to get customer service to return my email. Since the personalization doesn’t show in the order I have no recourse.

Have not received my item that I ordered on December 26. I have reached out to the company several times with no responses. starting to think this is a scam.

The ordered stated led lights and it didn't come with one.they emailed me and said it was not that's BS.oh well won't be ordering ever again ..those led lights are cheap and you say an extra $40 bucks . not even close....
