I had to contact back and forth with the visa officer and I didn’t get the passport on time until I realised that my flight is next week and ambassador passport office is not helping out. People tend to give delayed response or no response whatsoever

Ms. Ladan leads a professional team of experts when it comes to time sensitive visa and passport for business or pleasure trips. Even though we live in Florida now but we still use Ambassador Passport and visa services for all of our passport and visa needs.

Incredibly responsive in expediting my expired passport, within a matter of 2 weeks so I was able to take a planned trip with family out of the country!

Horrible, Spent $800 to get a next day visa, drove 4 hours in L.A. traffic only to get a call telling me they couldn't complete the task. Total joke. I do Not recommend the waste of money. They should refund your money if they can't hold up their end of the bargin.
