Every employee, including the sales person, the scheduler and the installers provided prompt, direct and insightful information. The installation was timely, skillful and neat. We are pleased with the final product which is both utilitarian and impressive.

American Stairlift team is super nice and helpful. My parents needed a stairlift so I did just randomly searched via the internet. American Stairlift began to text me for availabilities. I held off for a couple of months but they kept following up with me. That was a nice reminder that I need this completed haha. Once I received my quote, I immediately scheduled the work to be completed. I did not even check for other Companies as I did not want to get confused with my decision. Brendon was here yesterday and he did a super job. He is very nice and professional. He is also the one who came to my house to provide a quote earlier. My parents love their stairlift and it will make their life super easier. Mostly I have dealt with Mykayla via text messages/emails and phone conversations. She is very nice and helpful. Overall, I would rate American Stairlift 5/5. The team provide excellent service and I highly recommend this Company. Thank you for making life easier for my parents! :)

The tech team was very responsive and willing to help resolve an issue we had with our stairlift. It took a few tries to get it going but they assisted throughout.

Stair lift is very shaky as it moves up and down the stairs. Stairlifts is located at the top of the steps, not on the landing for safety reasons. Every day I use the chair, but very very unhappy with it. New users do your research before buying this stairlif.
