Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Ordered a new office they send everything ne except used corrugated dust cover. The Shipping packaging is so terrible they used carboard edge protectors that came off during shipping because they did not even screw in the bottom. Edges got damaged and instead of fixing the issue the want us to file a claim. Shipper wouldnt have damaged it if they cared about how they packaged it. Then called and sent pictures all they will say is file a claim they will not make it right. Asked for a full refund they tell me 25% restocking plus pay for shipping back.. PLEASE NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR..... I can tell by your reply that you do not care about bad reviews nor the end customer. You are the worst company, and I really hope you go out of business. Your replies to every bad review on here just supports the review. End result does not matter to your company. I have plenty of pictures to show that you do not know how to securely package anything and you want the shipper to be responsible for damage. You are running a scam and I hope my review helps the next company before they get scammed.

We understand you’re disappointed, though it appears a few important details may have been missed in your review. The product you received matches the quote and order specifications exactly. The corrugated dust cover was clearly noted as used, so this was not a deviation from what was purchased. We always recommend reading and reviewing quotes to ensure everything meets expectations prior to ordering. Regarding packaging, your item was shipped in a fully enclosed wooden crate designed specifically to protect it during transit. The cardboard edge protectors mentioned are simply there to reduce minor wear to the crate itself—they are not intended to secure or protect the product. As your own photos showed, the product arrived without functional damage, which indicates the crate packaging performed as intended. As previously explained, if there were any concerns about shipping-related damage, the appropriate next step is to file a claim with the carrier. This is standard industry practice. We will always work with our customers to get them replacement material if something received is unusable. Demanding a full refund outside that process, for no logical reason, does not align with the terms agreed to at purchase. We stand by the accuracy of the order and the condition in which it was shipped. There was absolutely nothing wrong with this order.
