Great customer service

The ordering process was easy, my product came on time as promised, and the product is exactly what I was looking for. When I called customer service with a question, the representative was helpful, kind and gracious, and she answered my question promptly and accurately.

I have 1 stars because shipping is expensive and sooo slow. I had to cancel and reschedule 2x my appointment with plumber because part had not arrived ! Product arrive and had to use a vise to loosen to make valve work! People great!

Ordered 2 different parts, both of the were from a different model that would not fit, emailed for return with no reply. Still waiting someone from the company to reach back to me.
