The graphics department worked with me to get the imprint like I wanted it. The imprint area is smaller than expected but the pens look great and write well.

Good Product! It's important when you give a customer a Pen, that it always works. When it doesn't, the customer looks to you, not the person that made the faulty pen. Yours always work.

Their customer service and the quality of their products. I have bought mugs and pens and they are always willing to replace or credit back as soon as you let them know the issue you might be having. They replaced our 300 pens at no cost to us. we also got to keep the damaged ones. They recently credited us for some mugs that had issues. Just within no time of us sending the pictures. I recommend them to anyone who wants to do business with honest people.
