Dr. Caro Siegel is really trying to get to know me, so that she can direct her therapy.

Best company to detox your ANGER!
Dr. Siegel and Mona have helped me more than any and all other therapy that I have tired over the years! These ladies are amazing!! And this is the first time I have experienced being in therapy throughout the week and not just on the day of our calls! And being in a group has helped me see and learn more about MYSELF through others! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE ANGER DETOX PROGRAM!

Effective Therapy
The session was insightful and organized. After the session on empathy, my interactions with my husband have been more empathetic and compassionate. I’ve been more loving and physically affectionate.

Learned so much about myself
