Sadly the same as other reviews on here. Flight cancelled within a week of half term. No support to offer an alternative flight. Had to book elsewhere last minute which has doubled the price.

Don't use. Cancelled our flight the night before we were due to travel. Promised us a refund, haven't received anything over 2 weeks later. Don't answer the phone, haven't replied to any emails

Flight was cancelled the evening before - about 16 hours before it was due to take off. The cancellation email said the fare would be refunded in 7-10 days. It’s now been 14 days and their support is not responding. I’ve lost any belief that I’ll receive the refund at all. It is a scam airline. Avoid it at all costs.

The worst company ever, My luggage was damaged by them, I made a report directly at the airport and send them all the details, After 2 month .. nothing happened and no response.

Unreliable company, flight cancelled and holiday and plans ruined. Don't use Animawings. Book your flight with others, save yourself from disappointment.

I would like to warn everyone that this airline is not reliable at all My flight was canceled at the last minute and I have to spend 700 dollars to get new tickets Please do not use this airline
