Lisa was professional and really nice

I was using Optima Tax Relief and not impressed by their impersonal contact, and lack of care or concern about my tax issues. I decided to call Anthem and so happy I did! My first call with Lisa Marie Barker made me feel she really cared about my issue and after taking down my financial information got on line with the IRS to get a tax update. Marie Lin then worked with me on my current year tax return and was fantastic and great to work with! I got a notice from the IRS and a call with Lisa Marie and the IRS was done immediately to resolve my issue! They know about programs to help with every tax situation. I am very happy, and relieved, at the outcome Anthem provided me, Lisa Marie in particular. What made my experience awesome was that I mattered to them. You won’t find better service than Anthem!

My experience was made great by the first person I talked to when calling Anthem Tax Service. Adam Gurr made what started out as a difficult phone call for me, the most peaceful and satisfying vision of light at the end of the tunnel. I kept apologizing during our call because I was embarrassed and anxious of late back taxes . Adam reassured me over and over that he could help me and explained what to expect moving forward. There was never any surprises and every step of the way , he would get me to the right person for the situation or question that came up. He never made me feel bad about all of my questions ! What a wonderful asset for any company to have !! I can not thank you enough Adam!!!
