I had a great experience because this company was very responsive in assisting me in transferring my license from my old computer of which the hard drive failed to my newly acquired Dell computer. Just a simple act as not inserting the DVD properly creates a problem in having the computer read the DVD and the software play the DVD once the computer reads the disk. It is therefore very important to follow up on little details to make sure that everything works properly.

Wenn ich 0 Sterne geben könnte würde ich es tun. Der Support hält mich nun seit 2 Wochen hin mir meine Fast 100 Euro wieder zu erstatten die Software bringt nicht das was erwartet von 2 Wochen Storno möglichkeiten wollen Sie nichts hören. Der Support fühlt sich an wie eine KI die immer das gleiche schreibt wer sich nicht ärgern möchte lässt es lieber gleich

After searching for software to remove portions of videos that was straight forward and easy to follow, I purchased AnyMP4 and have been very pleased with the layout and the functionality of their product. Would highly recommend it.

A éviter - Leurs produits (anydvd et anybluray) ne fonctionnent pas correctement : problème de lecture et de reconnaissance des disques, ripping lent, crash. Le pire est qu'ils n'honorent pas le remboursement sous 30 jours, bref une grosse arnaque. A FUIR
