It’s a very good app

Software looks good and is easy to use. I have had some problem disks but a couple retries have gotten it to work. Another great thing is that when I switched to a new Mac the software would not register. I emailed support and in day the registration was reset on their side and I was up and using the software on my new machine.

I needed help transferring my application to a new computer. Support was excellent

Best customer service ever. I needed help with the iSuper DVD Ripper, which is a free software to convert DVD to MP4. I got fast and precise answers and I was up and running in no time.

This product is garbage. Don't waste your money. It froze at 10.50%and that was it. I gave it 2 hours of my time waiting. Guess that's why it's so cheap.

I had an excellent experience with customer service when I had a problem logging into my account. The answers are clear and quick. The product is more or less correct, and not too expensive.

I have had this software for a number of years and it has never ever let me down. Works like a charm and so easy to use that even my 80 year old brain can manage 😂 Recently I changed laptops and my anymp4 programme would not work as I had forgotten my product code. One email to their fantastic technical help line and I was up and running again as they supplied me with all the details I requested. Great service, great product. Thank you Carey PW Carter
