After a crash following a Windows re-install on my computer i needed the helpdesk for resetting my account to re-intall AnyMP4. Quick and friendly reply and solution!

After recently purchasing the AnyMP4 Blu-Ray Ripper application, I discovered a small glitch with using the software on my system - nothing major, but annoying. After contacting AnyMP4, I received a rapid reply offering to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. After a couple of exchanges over a few days, I received an updated version of the app that completely resolved the problem. All of my interaction with AnyMP4 was courteous, helpful and professional, and I am greatly impressed with the company. The software itself is also excellent and easy to use. I am a completely satisfied customer and highly recommend this company.

I got scammed but this shame of a company, refused to give refund despite the product not doing what is says on the label. It makes zero difference in improving video quality, you will be stuck with a dud product that does not work, do not get scammed like me, do not buy it.
