Very easy and quick to order, wonderful selection of glasses

Easy to order. Can't wait to get the glasses

I got two pairs of glasses, both were constructed incredibly poorly, and there was a significant overall flaw in the design that made the ear stems wobble in 360 degrees right through the glasses frame itself. On top of this, there was unremovable glue under the lenses that looked caked, and resin bubbles on the front of one of them. There a little plastic nibs and imperfections along the connecting pieces as well. I contacted Aoolia immediatly after opening them and seeing the flaws, sending proof of all these defects, I was given the option of paying to ship the two back to pay more for a different pair, and more shipping for them, and 10% off the original order. I am not sure if they expect me to pay for shipping them back and shipping the exchange pair, but so far, kind of looks like they are going to juice me for as much money on my only order ever as they can, because they know I'm not coming back to buy future pairs. On top of that, most other pIrs on their site would be more expensive, and I sincerely don't feel like giving this company more money. I told them they should change the wording on their return policy to reflect this, as they promised full refunds for glasses with defects very clearly. I will never be using this site again and a warning to those who do- There are no returns and you get what you get. Update: They told me that since all the glasses are like that, I'm not entitled to a return. I repeat, since all of their frames of that type have defects of some type, including the core flaw, they will not give me my money back. Update: every time I tell my story anywhere, they reply to me in DMs asking to look up the order and deal with it after I spent a month trying to get the basic support I needed. They already forced me to take store credit, and it wasn't even as much as I paid in total, and they keep saying "Here, let me help you with a solution!" and then give me the same solution. You should have honoured the policy BEFORE I put you on blast and started losing you customers. You had a month and DOZENS of support messages to rectify the issue before it became a review worthy problem. I left a review on their website, but they filter any reviews that are not 5 stars. I've run into the comment sections of their ads on Facebook and Instagram filled with people who have been burned like myself. UPDATE: the glasses broke the first time I wore them. There was a 4mm piece of plastic on the ear connectors and as I took them off, the side just stayed on my ear, and the glasses, they were kaput. Of course this won't get me my money back either, but it will help solidify how poor the quality really is.
