No news of my order after 3 weeks
Still no news of my order after more than 3 weeks now, impossible to reach support... Would so much look like a scam if it wasn't for the positive reviews. For now, total disappointment

Complete scam
Complete scam. Took money never sent the product. Instead saying they have got the product back from their delivery partner. However not giving me money back. Stay away. Company is in China and they dont care

Commande effectuée il y a plusieurs semaines, reçu dans les délais prévu. Hors à la réception je suis déçue des lunettes, donc je demande un retour/ échange ou remboursement. J’ai eu des réponses au début et depuis 2-3 semaines, plus aucune réponse, rien n’avance et je reste bloquée et sans nouvelles. Je suis déçue. Je ne recommande donc pas! À moins d’être sûre de choix de vos lunettes (chose difficile quand on achète en ligne)
