Aoolia is a scam: you can't return anything because the only address they give you is far enough away that the postage will cost more than the actual frames. I spent 50€ on some cheap Chinese frames than will now go in the trash.
Response from Aoolia· Apr 27, 2026
We’re truly sorry to hear about your frustrating and disappointing experience, and we take your complaint very seriously. We deeply regret the trouble with returns and the unreasonable postage issue, as well as your dissatisfaction with the frames. This is absolutely not the experience we want any customer to have, and we understand how upsetting it is to spend money on products you cannot use and cannot return affordably. Your feedback will be sent directly to our customer service and operations team to review our return policy, return address arrangements and overall customer protection rules urgently. We aim to make our return process fair, accessible and cost-effective for all buyers. We sincerely apologize for letting you down.

The choice of glasses are great, placing the order was not smooth, the site is not stable and kept throwing me out. I actually tried 3 times to try and buy the glasses. They should look at an easier way for customers to shop on the site.

Thank you sincerely for your honest and valuable feedback. We’re truly sorry for the unstable website experience and the repeated disruptions during checkout—that should never happen, and we completely understand how frustrating it was to place your order after multiple attempts. Your suggestion is greatly appreciated. Our team will urgently review and optimize site stability, browsing flow, and the checkout process to deliver a much smoother shopping experience for all customers. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience, and we hope you love your new glasses!
