Very good product just be patient it’s worth the wait

They have been responsive and helpful. But I have been waiting over 30 days for parts to arrive for the build. I was notified that one part will be here in another 18 days and they are still waiting for an ETA for my graphics card. So maybe if you are going to use them for a higher end build you should have some patience or go somewhere else.

The Apex team listen to me .Made me a machine custom to the games I play. Helped guide me on modification that I wanted .Pointed out problems and showed me a better alternative. They truly look out for the customer. good prices and good service!

The tech i spoke with was super helpful in customizing the PC I ordered. They asked me what games I enjoyed and were able to make recommendations on potential upgrades. They suggested upgrading to a 5600X and I was skeptical at first due to my naiveté but opted for the upgrade. I'm sure glad I did! Running Satisfactory on an older CPU would have been abysmal. They also talked me into getting custom green cables which really solidified the look I was going for. The delivery time was a bit longer than expected but it was well worth the wait. Thanks for taking the time to give me a custom experience.

Bought my custom built PC last summer, customer service made sure my computer would meet all my needs and it has not only met, but surpassed what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with my computer and the price was very fair for what I got. Will be buying from them again in the future

I've had the PC that Apex built for me for a while now, and have had NO issues with it. During the building process, a technician spoke with me over the phone to ensure I was getting a product perfect for me. The process was quick, and the product is excellent. Would definitely use Apex again in the future.

Customer Service responded quickly and was very forthcoming. In spite of shipping delays I would definitely buy from this company again.
