This site is very user-friendly, but I would rather not be charged a transaction fee, ESPECIALLY when I pay rent with bank account information (it makes sense with a credit card)!

Appfolio is the software used by our development's management company to manage all its functions. Appfolio HAS NO SEARCH ENGINE. Homeowners cannot find relevant forms. They are hidden under misleading titles on the site and require numerous clicks to retrieve. I am pressing the management company to dump Appfolio.

Solid software. It is pricy but robust features. Good for mid to large size property managers

AppFolio is a great software. Their ability to hear our feedback on what improvements can be made to the software and implement upgrades to make it happen is unmatched in the industry. Our tenants and owners love their personal portals giving them access to their information with ease. Our team loves the easy to use software. We also had AppFolio build out our website and we've actually had new clients choose us as a property manager simply because of how well our website is built. We LOVE AppFolio!

Attending the Appfolio Customer Conference 2023 was eye opening. To stay ahead of the curve, we are excited to upgrade our account to automate our systems.

Great software for a reasonable price. The student housing module is very competitively priced in comparison with other products on the market. I love appfolio since they always improve and add new features, which makes our job more easier

I really enjoy how responsive they are to their customers. They constantly take feedback from their customers and implement new ideas to make the platform as easy to use as possible.
