Dont waste your time. Just ask the shipper to throw it in the garbage, you still won't get your package but at least you will save the shipping.

Worst delivery company... Look at the reviews and you will have the same experience... They all come from the "I" place ... Which have very nice people... Just bad workers.

Back-to-back deliveries were delivered to the wrong address. For a courier service they absolutely do a horrible job at their only job.

If I could give a zero I would. It’s good to see they are consistent with not delivering my package to the correct address. I’m surprised though that businesses would trust them enough to deliver anything.

Did not deliver my package and now will not tell me where it is or deliver it back to me. Say they sent it back to the seller, but the seller did not receive it. Also refusing to refund customs, duty, etc.. charges.

Je voulais mettre 0 étoile mais malheureusement je n'ai pas l'option. Compagnie incompétente. On retourne mon colis aux USA alors que je l'attendais depuis plusieurs jours en indiquant impossible de livrer le colis alors que j'étais à la maison à l'attendre. Cette compagnie imbecile ne devrait pas exister. Je ne comprend pas pourquoi des entreprises font affaire encore avec cette compagnie de livraison.

This is the worst shipping company ever. I had 3 times deliveries with them and all 3 times there were not able to deliver it for no reason and just sent back the orders.
