Repairman was very polite and seemed knowledgeable. Cleaned out compressor, but freezer still not working.

Was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Got very good opinion as to whether we should repair or replace fridge. Would use again.

The gentleman was very polite and thought the belt had broken but when opening the dryer the belt was intact so he then manually turned it around and then the dryer started up so there was nothing else to do. He then said I had a period of thirty days to see if it did break they would come back to repair it and the initial cost would take care of it. Florence

They were at our house when they said they would be. The gentlemen was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. He analyzed fairly quickly and helped us with an honest opinion. The service charge was comparable with others. In our case the problem was not worth fixing so we got a new dishwasher. I gave them a 4 and not a 5 because they did not actually do any repairs so i could not judge that.

I would recommend this company to anyone.

We were very very pleased with the work done by the technician; he was very knowledgeable and friendly. The only downside about this job was that they were very late arriving; we received no call until after I tried to get in touch with them. Thereafter, the technician was very good about updating us via cell phone as to his status. I would highly recommend this company.

Appliance Master has consistently provided prompt, reliable service. I had problems with my stackable washer and dryer which were remedied within a few days. The technician was courteous, and the price was reasonable. More important to me was having my equipment working again within a short span of time.
