Rob was amazing at his job
Rob was amazing at his job. We had some technical issues and he spent all the time needed to correct the problem. This company is highly recommended!!!!!! These issues were with Drake accounting and Drake Tax.

Wow - best customer service!
Wow - I will be forever grateful to Sarah for her patience with my confusion, my slow internet connection and my laptop challenge. She never lost her humour and we managed to get me connected so I could move on with my day. Probably the best customer service experience in years!!
