AppWork is great for communicating with residents any delays in work orders. It also allows them to review each tech and submit to Google.

The app in general is very nice for getting requests assigned and tracked. The ability to take photos, communicate with the residents, etc is also very nice. There were a few glitches in the beginning with sync data but that seems to be addressed. Overall seems to be working out well
