As I said speaking to a real person would have been appreciated. If any dog had actually eaten this plastic strip you would have had a serious problem to solve. I understand things happen but this is an expensive food. I expected human interaction.

Just wanted to do a follow up review on A Pup Above... My husband told me Tuesday we were almost out of food for the 'kids', so I ordered our usual that afternoon. In hours I had received an email from UPS that they had been notified for a pickup, and shortly after that an email from A Pup Above that the order was on its way.... So sure enough, Thursday afternoon the 'kids' were barking and smiling at the UPS driver as he delivered their supper! 2 DAYS!!! Awesome... The dogs are 12, but they act like puppies, coats shiny and healthy looking, teeth look good, and better breath! Give A Pup Above a try, you won't be disappointed!

Great product and great customer service. Very efficient ordering process and the frozen food is so well packed for shipping that it arrives still frozen. I have been a subscriber for a few years now and remain impressed by this company and their food, which my dog gobbles up!

My sensitive stomach, finicky dog, does great on the chicken and rice. Still doing well after 18 months. Always frozen on arrival and consistently fresh. Customer service has also been good.

My picky dog really likes Chicka Chicka Bow Wow from A Pup Above. I like that it is not raw but still real food. Packing materials are easy to recycle.
