Have place several orders all arrived healthy and are thriving in my tamk

Great first experience. All plants were freshly harvested, professionally wrapped, iced and packaged. Arrived expeditiously via Fed-Ex 2 day express. Ordered approximately a dozen species all of which exceeded expectations in both quantity and quality. After three weeks all plants are established and thriving per their descriptions. Looking forward to placing another order.

Although the item I ordered was back ordered, their customer support was great and very helpful.

When advertising anything, you want it to be accurate. I was disappointed with my my order because I paid for a 2 day shipping fee, and it took 10 days to get it. On top of that I was given potted plants when my order was for mats. The plants itself was okay. I guess it just wasn't my day.

Anytime I buy plants from them, they are surely healthy.... there are times I buy a plant and discard it but not because there is something wrong just not what I was looking for

Even for a small order, time was obviously spent to ensure all plants were well packed, protected, and labelled. Team was in contact about order and answered questions quickly. Plants were all in great shape, and are a good size. I like supporting my LFS, but for things out of the norm that are solid quality, these guys are great!

Extremely pleased with the care taken to ship my freshwater plants all the way to Oregon! They had to endure the thrashing around during shipping as well as the chilly temperatures here. Very impressed!

The plants arrived in good shape, but the shipping cost makes them a bit pricey.
