Never received my order called multiple times no answer even sent an email Idk wat customer service skills they have.

They looked great, but they wasn’t delivered on the day they was suppose to come!

confusing emails wait to long for plants to ship but getting top dollar for shipping costs. Nice selection of plants but can get them at other sites with out the attitude given by customer service reps. It's hard to urinate someone off who's shopping online, but not impossible as these folks have proven.

The plants were much smaller than advertised.but arrived healthy.

Order came a day earlier than expected. Plants were green and healthy looking. Only been in the aquarium 2 days but expect they’ll do good. 👌

Needed follow up care for a wilted nearly dead plant that arrived in the box. So I wrote 2 emails asking for help with fertilizer suggestions. No help or advice ever arrived. I can be treated that indifferent someplace else.
