Plants all came alive and healthy, and are growing great in my tank

Placed my order on 11/17/23, got my emails stating I would get my tracking number once my items were shipped. 11/24/23 A week went by and I contacted customer service via email. I was asked for an order number and I provided one. 11/27/23. I was sent an email about how they did. Well they didn’t do anything and still have yet to get a response about my order. I would strongly recommend not to do business with this company.

Well out of all the plants I ordered they all were in good condition except 2 plants which did not make the shipping! But my aquarium looks great!

I ordered one albino purple and one blue snail. I received two NON ALBINO purple/brown snails and one blue snail. The blue snail I purchased died the day after package arrived. There was a purpose I had for the blue snail so it was a disappointment that it died. And why did I receive two NON ALBINO purple/brown snails?? Most plants were packaged nice and looks healthy...there was one plant that I am unsure will survive because there just isnt much of it....very spindly
