Always nice plants

When I received my order the plants were packaged nicely & still wet.

The Christmas moss came completely brown so I am not sure how long would it take to grow or turn into green. Also one plant from the order was missing for which I received credit.

All plants died within a week. All water parameters, substrate, co2, lighting and fertilizers have been on point with my tanks. I feel these plants were grown outside of water which if I knew that I would not have spent $150 on this order

Impressive quality, very generous portions, visible growth in just 2 days. I paid for the overnight shipment, which was certainly worth it for the underwater-grown Rotala Magenta, Rotala Wallichii, and also for (emerged?) Pogostemon Helferi and Ludwigia Red. Other Ludwigias and rosette plants that were grown over water (emerged) would survive 2nd day. Order the ice-packs! Private customer's orders seems to ship on Tuesdays.

I was very impressed with the care taken in packaging this tropical water lily . Nice big healthy plant and kept damp through the transport . Can’t thank you enough for the great job. Patiently( not) waiting for it to bloom.
