Fast shipping healthy plants, but I ordered a wenditti and got some sort of grass with my other 2 plants.

I received the wrong plant.

Despite what their email boilerplate says, they are not very interested in making customers happy. Their decorum is horrendous and whoever handles their customer service should perhaps be assigned a different position. Once I finally did order, the plants were in good shape upon arrival. I'm shocked I went through with the purchase; it was a good deal and what I needed.

Ordered plants on 10th that were in stock on 2day delivery. Weren’t shipped until the 18th with no correspondence

I have zero complaints with my purchase from AquariumPlants.com. My water lily bulb was competitively priced, extremely well packed, and arrived in very good condition. It is healthy and seems to be doing well in my pond. *edited to add* Two and a half years later and my waterlily is still going strong. One of the things I liked best was the way the plants could be sorted by size on the website, which enabled me to get the perfectly sized plant for my pond. It was a great purchase.
