This place blows…do not use at all! Takes forever to ship, returns process is a joke, then they will cancel your orders after you complain! Real professional group of clowns…shop at CTD or Buds online!

These guys are great to work with! I ran into a situation where I was trying to purchase an item that was on sale but had an issue with a gift card, unfortunately the sale has ended (and they ran out of stock) by the time it was resolved. I reached out to Ashley, one of their representatives and they ordered another product for me AND honored the sale price! She showed tremendous professional integrity by keeping me posted until they received the item and shipped the item. Customer service is very important to me and I am impressed with the level of customer service I received from her and this company!

Great place to buy from, the only issue I have is a slight delay, evidently the good folks in N.C. operate at a very different pace. Otherwise I rarely do business with anyone else.

A COMPANY WITH NO INTEGRITY They lied to me about my order. They told me that it was to be delivered on 8-28-2024 after I ordered it 8-27-2024 for overnight delivery which cost extra. I checked back to see if I could get the tracking number. They wouldn't provide me with a tracking number and said it was still being processed and wouldn't be delivered today despite my paying for it.

Hey there! I am very sorry for the inconvenience. We just deployed some changes to our site to allow for live shipping rates and other shipping options, such as overnight shipping. Our order processors are trying to get used to the new systems, but they are going through some transitional headaches with it as well. We have fixed this, so it won't happen again. Again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience. If you would like to give us another chance, we would be happy to hook you up with a discount. Have a great day! Michael Earnest
