The service was quick and friendly. When I got home and started eating the Arby's regular sandwich with the Arby's sauce, I found the sauce has been changed, the sandwich was salty and the bread taste like its stored in a cabinet with bananas. Much different than the Arby's I'm use to.

I was disappointed with my cheese steak sandwich. Half of it was mostly onions and the other half was onions and pieces of steak. I guess I thought the steak was going to be sliced but it was small pieces.09

My husband and I always treated ourselves by going to Arbys once a month. Since we are in our 80's ,and are Social Security, we like the food (health wise), and could afford this treat. They always had a Senior Discount, which helped us. But when we visited the facility in Bentonville, Ar. On Walton Blvd. on Aug.31, we were told that they no longer give Senior Discounts. This little savings might not mean anything to some, but it meant a great deal to us. We always saved a dollar or two on our order which helped our budget. Now we will not being going back to Arbys again. I don't understand why this discount was taken away.

The peach cobbler is not good. All fried dough with little peach.

The manager was talking loudly with a guest or a friend at the counter for 20 minutes ignoring customers. The fries were dead! They were so old the were soggy and limp. Tables were not cleaned evwen though we were there at a slower time. There were stacks of trays on the waste bins. They had not bothered to reset the chairs in the lobby as they were scattered around tables. The soda fountain looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. (liquid had time to dry) Overall, it was a very poor showing.

The Arby's in Alexandria is a freaking nightmare the people who run it suck I try and make things simple the employees can't hear it's getting old

Went to Arbys in Big Springs Tx. The last 3 times I’ve gotten wrong orders. Today I did not get the classic that I ordered. The french dip sauce lid was half on. I live 80 miles away and didn’t know that the order was wrong and that the sauce had spilled out in bottom of sack which soaked the other sandwiches. I was 20 miles away before it was found. I really was looking forward to Arby’s but now I’m not sure I will go back.
