Arch Designs AlphaReviews of archdesignsalpha.com

I had a positive experience working with Wayne at Arch Designs Alpha. Communication was smooth, the service was professional, and everything was handled efficiently.

Joel was great to work with from start. He understood my requirements clearly and was always available to answer my questions or make adjustments when needed. The quality of work was excellent, and the turnaround time was impressive.

The interaction I had was great, my planswere perfect for my code office, when I needed changes the response was fast. I highly recommend Arch Designs Alpha.

I don't even want to think about where we'd be without Alexis. Our first architect basically disappeared on us. took our deposit, did some initial sketches, and then just.. stopped answering. No calls, no emails nothing for weeks. We were frustrated and honestly felt like we got lost mind. The we found Arch Design Alpha and Alexis and called him our whole sad story and and he said that's not how I work, I promise you'll always hear from me. And thanks God he kept that promise. He called us regularly, answered every text within hours, even called me on a Sunday once just to confirm a small detail he gave us much peace of mind after that terrible first experience. The drawings he delivered were detailed and perfect. The city approved then without a single revision. Construction is finally moving forward because of him. He restored my faith in architects honestly. Alexis is the kind of person you actually want work with reliable professional , and genuinely care about his clients.

DO NOT TRUST THEM! All the positive reviews are themselves. This company is a front. I personally went to there office in Sherman Oaks, they don't exist. Once they get your money you will never hear from them again. They are scammers. I paid 8,000 for a design plan and never received it. I notified law enforcement, architectural board, Better Business Bureau, IC3 and their bank. I filed a lawsuit against as well. Their website is a front, do not believe a word they say. Lucas Acosta, Umair Nadir and Alexis they are thieves, liars and scammers.

We are putting in a bathroom and most places wouldn’t even return my call because it was too small. Kenneth Johnson with Arch Designs Alpha called me right back, got my details and worked with me the whole way from design to engineering. When things changed his team jumped on it and updated everything as needed to make dealing with the county shockingly easy. Communications great and service fantastic I highly recommend.

Any "project" small or large will be a testing moment at many points. One must keep "cool" and know how to work through issues which are guaranteed to happen. Lucas was a gentleman at working through "issues" if you got that" you'll be Ok. Know that a lot of couples separate while working on "projects".

At the point I met with this company I'm so glad to have him they're so good for communication flexible for any changes and really friendly to talk always answers phone calls and text messages and response fast professionally educated well to do this kind of job keep planning to work in future and highly recommended
