We purchased a cold plunge and chiller, and the chiller never worked. We spent 6 months back and forth with Arctic for help, and it was never resolved. After 6 more months of back and forth, Arctic agreed to refund us for the chiller only. We agreed and NEVER heard back from them. I reached out to the Attorney General for help, but Arctic never responded to them. Do not buy from this company.

I am still waiting for reply to my emails outlining some technical issues with my chiller. After reading the reviews here I wish I’d looked into Artic Warriors before ordering from them. Looks like I’ve wasted my money! So disappointed!!

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. This has been one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. My boyfriend and I bought an Attic Plunge system over two years ago, and it has been nothing but problems. We’ve gone through two chillers, and neither lasted more than a couple months before failing. Dealing with customer service has been just as frustrating. Each time, it took months for them to respond and the only reason I got a call is because we wrote a review, and it honestly feels intentional—by the time they reply, you’re pushed outside of any reasonable refund window. We are currently waiting on our third chiller, and it has now been six months with no resolution. The last time they responded was 45 days ago, and it’s always the same generic message: “We’re working on it.” There is no way to reach a live person, no accountability, and no real support. At this point, it feels like a complete scam. If you’re considering buying from this company—don’t. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. Do the right thing and refund your customers. Bought the bigger chiller and tub. 3 year warranty. They have done EVERYTHING they can to avoid replacing it. (If they even reply.) The chiller broke less than a year into a 4 year warranty. And they argued for months over sending me replacement parts. The part was not even 6 inches x 8 inches in box. This was well over $4,000 and absolutely should be replaced. Just another dropshipping company taking money for a quick buck. Sad.

Ordered an ice bath and upgraded compressor. After taking two months to arrive, I opened it only to find parts inside were broken. After multiple attempts to contact them and being given the runaround for nine MONTHS, they finally replaced the broken piece (which was held together with rubber bands). The replacement lasted about five weeks. At this point, it’s not even worth dealing with them and I’m tossing this piece of trash in the dump.

SCAM!!!! I ordered a chiller and a maintenance kit from these clowns in July of 2025. They sent only the filters for the kit, not any of the chemicals. Then lied multiple times saying it was on the way and refused to issue a refund. When I disputed the charge they fought it tooth and nail, lying to Discover about shipping it all and uploading FAKE emails they claim to have sent me as well as email threads removing my replies. Now after only 8 months of use the chiller broke as well. The phone number they list is not in service, and they refuse to answer chat or email. But they will respond to Discover when I dispute the charge. Again they sent FAKE emails to Discover claiming to have reached out to me, but never have. TOTAL SCAM!!!

Horrifying…terrible product…company employees lie to your face. Warranty is worthless

Very cheap and poorly built product for price. Broke within warranty period and was not replaced. Company no longer answering messages and main phone is disconnected.
