Thank you for raising this concern. We understand how frustrating it is when a subscription does not run for the full intended period. In situations like this, the interruption was caused by changes on YouTube’s side, which were completely outside of our control. As soon as this happened, we did our best to compensate affected customers in whatever way was still possible at the time. In some cases, this meant issuing a partial refund, and in others, we attempted to cover the remaining months ourselves. Unfortunately, YouTube has since closed off that option as well. While we acknowledge that the service did not complete the full 12 months, we want to be clear that we did not ignore the situation or walk away. We provided compensation where possible and have since stopped selling YouTube Premium entirely, marking it out of stock to avoid any further issues. We always aim to act fairly and transparently, even when platform changes are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding. ~ Arigato Gozaimasu ~

Thank you for sharing your experience. We genuinely understand your frustration, and we’re sorry that the service did not run for the full 12 months as originally intended. To clarify for anyone reading: the early cancellation was due to changes made by YouTube, which were completely outside of our control. When this happened, we did not ignore the situation. We issued compensation wherever possible, either through partial refunds or by attempting to cover the remaining months ourselves. Unfortunately, YouTube later closed that option as well. Because of these issues, we have since stopped offering YouTube Premium entirely and marked it as out of stock to prevent further inconvenience to customers. While we understand this outcome was disappointing, we acted in good faith and did our best to resolve matters fairly under the circumstances. Hi there. We didn’t cancel your YouTube Premium plan. YouTube has caught upto the way and won't be able to sell new YouTube Premium subscriptions. But only 5-8% of the accounts were affected by this issue. More than 90% of the account were not affected by this issue.
