I sent 1 email and it was answered swiftly and gave me the answer to my question. I used their suggestion and it worked perfectly. I was able to start playing Hurdle again immediately after doing what they suggested!

Typically I do not write reviews, however the game crashes more than it's "up." It always takes me back to the beginning and I have to start over. I had 13345 coins and the level was 1751. It crashed AGAIN! I've asked multiple times for my coins and levels to be fixed. It hasn't happened. Very disappointed. It crashed AGAIN on January 9, 2025. You obviously have not helped You cannot keep providing me with lost progress??? That was your statement in an email to me. I DIDN'T CAUSE YOUR SYSTEM TO WIPE AWAY MY PROGRESS. I've seen many comments from people that are just as unhappy with losing their coins and levels. Your customers shouldn't have to be the "fixers" of your platforms. This has happened multiple times and it is no fault of mine....I didn’t break the game nor did any other players that experienced the same issues. I worked in IT for a very long time. It was my responsibility to ensure that our customers had access to their accounts and that everything was running efficiently. Not you guys....you want me, your customer, to fix something I didn't break! I read others reviews....they aren't satisfied either. So.....my only choice is to find another platform that does not crash every few weeks or months and if it does, they will they fix it. Today is January 21, 2025. A problem occurred between Arkadium and AARP games, but Rodrigo stepped in, spoke with tech support at AARP and figured out the answer. Very well done and kept me informed throughout.

Biggest joke on the web, there are so many ads that block the keyboard and freeze the games it is ridiculous. Company is probably too cheap to hire someone that knows what they are doing. What a piece of crap
