I love the Arrae Sleep. I was having a hard time getting my brain to shut off and fall asleep. With Sleep I'm able to fall asleep nicely. Excellent product. I also use the Calm and this is excellent for keeping me alert during the day.

Hi, I bought both calm & sleep formula hoping for great restful sleep. I have not experienced any changes in sleep. I still wake up several times at night. No calm happening. No good sleep, I wake up every 2 hours. I really wanted this product to work. Jules Sorensen
