The salesman that came to our home, Charlie, was not pushy in the least. He gave us options for new and reconditioned. The only thing against him is that he left too fast for us to make a decision. I think he was late for another appointment. We also visited the showroom and Tiffany gave us a tour and let us try different products. The installer was wonderful. He was on time and friendly and finished when he said he would be. A great experience all around.

Thank you, Bonnie, for sharing your experience with Charlie, Tiffany, and your installer! We’re glad you could explore both new and reconditioned options without pressure and try different lifts in the showroom. We’re sorry the home visit ended before you felt ready to make a decision, and we appreciate that feedback. It’s good to hear the installation went smoothly and that your overall experience was a positive one. Best, The Arrow Lift Team

My sales person Charlie Babcock was awesome to work with! He helped me and my wife through this process. The installation was smooth, unfortunately they were a couple hours late on their arrival which caused some issues for me with time off from work.
Response from Arrow Lift· Oct 15, 2026
Thank you, Patrick, for your kind words about Charlie and his help guiding you and your wife through the process. We’re glad the installation went smoothly, but we’re sorry the late arrival disrupted your time away from work. Your time matters, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Best regards, The Arrow Lift Team

Nathan and Arrow Lift were prompt, courteous, responsive.... all of which is so important at this stage of my parents' life, where they and we are all so nervous about what lies ahead, and how much longer it makes sense for them to stay in the house they've lived in for over 50 years.
Response from Arrow Lift· Oct 13, 2026
Thank you for trusting Nathan and our team during such an important time for your family. We understand how much thought and uncertainty can come with planning for your parents’ needs, especially in a home they’ve loved for decades. We’re glad you felt supported and that our team was responsive and considerate along the way. Warmly, The Arrow Lift Team
