I never received my order!! Where is it?

The art itself was as described and we are happy with it. However, the delivery process/lead time could have been more clear. It took weeks from the time of completion to the time of arrival in our home.

Artist sent us a photo of artwork before shipment. It was beautiful!

Great communication from ordering to delivery. You know ordering online can be a little scary these days with all the news of scams happening. But Artexplore is one of the best. They explain upfront how they work and the timeline. They create the piece and send for your approval then ship! We are very satisfied and look forward to our next project.

Really love the peice!

My order was delayed slightly but when I reached out inquiring about the wait, the customer service was impeccable! They were quick to respond and proactively offered ways to remedy the situation. The artwork arrived looking great! I'm getting it framed now and can't wait to see the finished product.
