Crappy and broken but no time to get a replacement as it was for a gift, I repaired and painted a basically pressed paper frame together like an idiot and I’m still pissed off about it and I keep getting emails to review it after multiple times unsubscribing. Could have just gone to Michael’s for this price

Hi Kelly, We're very sorry your frame arrived broken and that this was for a gift. That's extremely frustrating, and we understand why you were upset. We would still like the opportunity to review this and see what we can do to help. Please contact us with your order information and, if possible, a photo of the damage and the sticker on the back of the frame so our team can take another look. We're also sorry for the frustration with review emails and unsubscribing. Thank you for bringing that to our attention.

We have tried very hard to do regular business with this company but have found them to be very difficult to communicate with. Between items arriving broken and only being partially replaced and their failure to refund overcharged taxes when promised we encourage them to do better to re earn our business in the future.
Response from ArtToFrames· May 13, 2026
Hi, We're very sorry to hear about the broken items, partial replacement concerns, and the unresolved tax refund issue. That is not the experience we want for a customer trying to do regular business with us. Please contact us with your order information so we can review the replacement history and the tax refund issue again. We would like to take another look and see what we can do to make this right.

The reps knew what they were talking about. The price was great. The frame looks great with the picture in it and hanging up on the wall.

Thank you for your review! We're glad our team was helpful, the price worked well for you, and the frame looks great hanging with your picture.
