I was sent an incorrect ink cartridge and emailed photos of the incorrect one and the correct one. A new cartridge was sent but was still not the correct one. I returned the incorrect ones and sent an empty one of the right one. Finally got the one I needed. Debbie at customer service was very prompt and professional. I expended a lot of effort to help them understand the correct product. I was treated with respect in this process.

I ordered my ink 10-30-14 and still haven't received it and its 11-8-14 I called 2 days ago and still nothing.. I am NOT happy !!
