Extremely disappointed on the promptness of the delivery of my dumpster! If my delivery date is going to be pushed back until the next day I would expect that I would be first on the list of drop offs, I didn't receive the dumpster until 2:00 or so until the next day, so it was a day and a half late. If you are going to push customers to the next day, you should provide better communication, I didn't receive notification of this until the day before

I had to call ASAP to get the portable toilet serviced. Not happy but will watch to see if the service improves.

4/02/21 I made a appointment for today it said they will be here beteween 9 and 11am , technician (owner) show up at 8:30.I show up at 8:50 and he was leaving. I stop him from leaving show him where my refrigerator (out side) he then rigth away said there is nothing I can do is to coold (temp out side was 48) and it also needs to be plug in for 24hours (if its not working why will I have it plug in???) none of this was mantion when I made the appt.But I was told that the refrigerator need it to be accessible.I proceed to let him know that my line of work is heating and cooling and I know that 48 degrees is not to cold to check any refrigeration systems.So then he just blew off my respod and stared looking at the refigerator and removing the bottom cover.after that he continue saying there is nothing he can do and he will have to come back tomorrow,and that I owe him the trip charge!!! the he said tomorrow is going to be 80degrees and the refrigerator is going to be on direct sunlight,so therefor he was not going to be able toget correct readings.(WOW!!! W T F!!!) he ask if I can put it inside of my garage. From expiriance is best to check operations at the most extreme conditionsn!!. Then he proceed to ask again about the money for the trip charge,I then said you want me to pay you for doing nothing? , he respond yes the charge is just for me to show up!!!! W T F!!!!.I respod by saying Im not paying nd you need to call someone so we can figure this out,then he said I AM THE OWNER!!!! mine blowing .So then again I said Im not paying if you come back tomorrow and work on it Ill be more then happy to pay you,he then said is ok Im not going to charge you I dont want to work on your refrigerator!!!!.I dont think he ever did!! he just want it to colect money!! not today buddy!!.So if the supposedly this is the owner and pulling this kind of nonsense(SCAMS) I feel sorry for the employees!! and there past costumers.WILL NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE!!!!

I was told when I ordered the portapotty that once a week cleaning and emptying were included. When asked if I wanted more than once a week service, the sales associate also stated that I could call for unscheduled cleaning/emptying if necessary. The portapotty was not emptied or cleaned once for the two weeks we had it. Multiple attempts were made to call the company for assistance; and the calls were never answered. Messages were left. These were never followed up. Horrible experience

Two stars for politeness on the phone. They are far from ASAP services. Had to make multiple calls to confirm drop off and pick up. Just did not meet expectations on what was advertised. Next time I will go directly to a waste management company.

UNBELIEVABLE!!! I will never use this company again and will tell all my contractors not to use you. I paid for a portable restroom for 4 months. I called to have it removed as we were done with our renovations. I had paid for a full month and only used 1 week of it. They do NOT prorate and would not refund the 3 weeks that I paid for and did not use. I suggest everyone, including myself, stick with GFL from now on. They do prorate and gladly refund any overge.
