They cancelled our order on the last minute. We were supposed to have it delivered Thanksgiving eve but I got a phone call that they can't deliver it. They can't give me other option but to cancel it or have it delivered next week. This was very poor customer service.

Ordered two stall trailer restroom. Prompt on delivery, however driver was not experienced to back it up into place and admitted it. So we had to move and place ourselves, plus hook up. After hooking up ourselves, discovered not all lights in stalls were working and missing a trash can. They came out next day to fix lights. The restrooms were not as nice as they were described by rep. After being on hold for 50 minutes, did get a credit for having to place and hook up ourself.

Great customer service, and very helpful with explanations of prices and delivery options.

I talked on the phone. Our location is very difficult to get to the first time. The agent made sure that we got the truck to the front gate where there is a guard gate. The back gate has only a key card to get in, and no guard. Don't ask me why the GPS maps send people to the back gate?? I think it's closer from the North. Then it says "some roads restricted". I am hoping the driver has an easy time getting there. Thank you & Happy Thanksgiving
