My service was scheduled to begin on 3/30. I called on 4/1 to let customer service know that I had still not received the tote. I was told it be delivered by the end of the day on 4/1. It is 4/2 and still no tote but the money for the full year payment has been withdrawn. Not off to a very good start. I have left another message but have not heard from anyone today. 4/13: I heard from one of the manager's after my review was submitted and he was very transparent with the lack of staff due to the pandemic, but stayed in touch and followed up regularly regarding my service. All is good now.

Only 1 ton is included in the price of the dumpster rental which is VERY little. Therefore, you get hit with a second bill that's VERY LARGE for the overage.

I was impressed with the courtesy and how they stayed in contact with me to assure that I was satisfied.
