Very pleased with Arwood. I was able to purchase their service online. The web site was user friendly and descriptive. I ordered a dumpster as I am preparing my Sacramento area parents home for sale. The delivery was on time and the company employee was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. Pick up was a simple phone call. Very good email communication. I will happily be using them again in a few months.

Do not use this business. I rented a flushable port a potty with a sink for hand washing for an outdoor wedding reception on a Saturday evening through Arwood Waste, delivered by A Royal Flush. While it was delivered on time, it was delivered dirty, and not working properly. I did ask the delivery guy if he could spray it out with water to clean it and he did, however It was supposed to be flushable (the main reason I rented it) and the guy that delivered it told me it was full of water "ready to go"....once I discovered that it would not work, I began calling them over and over with no answer and no call back. Now I have 80 guest with no place to go to the restroom and no one will return my call. 2 hours into the reception, we finally determined that it in fact did "not" have water in it. With no way to get water to it because it is outdoor and we had no water source, we had to haul individual buckets of water to fill it up. Once it was full, it had a leak in the drain plug and the floor stayed wet and nasty. I was so frustrated for paying over $300 for a one night rental. When someone from A Royal Flush did call me back.... 2 days later, he accused me of lying saying that he in fact knew that it did have water in it before it left the lot because he "checked it himself", but then went on to say that the delivery guy was supposed to fill it up with the tank on the truck. (I guess we just wanted to haul water to it) He then told me that they do not work on Saturdays and said "do you work on Saturday's??".....The Customer Service is terrible and they do not care about ruining what could have been a beautiful wedding reception....This was a 3rd party rental as I went through Arwood Waste for the actual rental and Arwood was just as bad as A Royal Flush! I would NEVER use this place, or Arwood Waste again and I will continue to let everyone I know to not use either of them. Lori Castle

This is the worst company I have ever delt with in my life. Had a family reunion and they never showed up. Called them and they told us they would be out with delivery the second day of our reunion and still did not show up. Complained and wrote letter to the president of the company and no response. Three years later I get an email asking to rate this company. Well here you go!

It did not start out well but ended perfectly. I ordered a 10 yard roll off dumpster ( on line) and was VERY specific about where to place it. I have mobility problems and wanted it along side my handicap ramp so all I had to do was fling everything over the edge into the dumpster. Unfortunately when the dumpster arrived I was not at home and it was left in the middle of my drive way!! I called and talked to Michael N about the problem and he was polite and helpful. He sent out a driver who expertly relocated the dumpster within inches of the ramp railing. Its perfect. We will be using them again when we start actual physical renovations and I will be coordinating it all thru Michael N directly so there is no confusion. Excellent service.

Toilets never showed up for our wedding! I ordered a 2-stall toilet trailer 3 months before the event and received a confirmation email/contract and was told I would receive a phone call for payment information. I never heard from them again and called to confirm dropoff the day before the wedding. I gave my name and order info, the woman said it was "on time". I repeated the information to make sure it was accurate and asked if there was a delivery time window listed and she rudely said "no ma'am...it says it's on time". Toilet never showed up. While I was getting ready to get married, my dad was calling and calling, leaving messages- no answer, no response. So very dissapointed.. horrible.

I worked with Arwood waste for my hiking event. They were able to accommodate my needs at the last minute with no complaints. The ladies in the office were friendly, the driver delivered on time in the right location, and the porto-potty was very clean. My hikers were very happy. Thank you! :)

Amazing company to work with.

Treasure Pennington was very helpful - her customer service convinced ARS that this is a company we will like to use across the USA for our construction business needs. However, the general staff attitude and knowledge...at the (888) 413-5105 - was undesirable. Simply, to answer a scheduling question, each person we spoke to had a different answer or did not know - or passed us on to the next. While, on our job site we wait for equipment, not knowing when it will show. Unprofessional to say the least. Disappointed - ARS, Inc
